Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ValleySales platform operated by Sign & Sell Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, posting a listing, or otherwise using ValleySales, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
ValleySales is an Arizona-exclusive marketplace. To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of the state of Arizona
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. Listings are only intended for items located within Arizona and transactions with Arizona residents.
User Accounts
To post listings or message other users, you must create a ValleySales account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information as needed
- Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Not create multiple accounts or impersonate other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we believe is providing false information or violating these Terms.
Listing Guidelines
When you post a listing on ValleySales, you agree that:
- You own or have legal authority to sell the item listed
- All descriptions, photos, and details are accurate and truthful
- The item is physically located in Arizona
- You will honor the price and terms stated in your listing
- You will respond promptly to interested buyers
- You will promptly mark or remove listings when items are sold
ValleySales reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
Prohibited Items and Listings
The following items and listing types are strictly prohibited on ValleySales:
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
User Conduct
All ValleySales users agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Use the platform to spam, phish, or defraud others
- Attempt to scrape or collect user data without permission
- Circumvent any security feature of the platform
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service
- Solicit users to complete transactions outside of ValleySales
- Post discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, or other protected classes
Transactions and Payments
ValleySales is a platform connecting buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any transaction between users. All transactions are solely between the buyer and seller, and each party is responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws.
Platform Fee: When a purchase is completed through ValleySales' Stripe-powered checkout, a 5% platform fee is automatically deducted from the sale amount before the seller receives their payout. This fee is collected by Sign & Sell Solutions LLC. Posting a listing is always free.
- ValleySales does not process payments directly (except optional Stripe-powered checkout)
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed
- All sales are final unless otherwise agreed between buyer and seller
- We strongly encourage in-person transactions with cash for local trades
If you experience a dispute with another user, you may report it to us and we will do our best to assist, but we make no guarantee of resolution.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sign & Sell Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
- Loss of money, goods, or data
- Fraudulent or deceptive actions by other users
- Technical failures or interruptions of the Service
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of ValleySales after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
